Safeguarding
- Development and implementation of a community-based complaint mechanism for safeguarding for Orbis International and its partners in India, 2024.
- Streamlining safeguarding policies and governance systems, developing a pool of trainers, and standardizing training resources for Jansahas (2021 onwards).
- Safeguarding Training for teachers at Mount Olympus Gurgaon, 2024.
- Safeguarding systems and Capacity building in partnership with Headways Solutions for Oak Foundation Partners including Transform Trade, Praxis, Rupantaran Foundation, Mukti, DRCSC, and BTS.
- Support to Mobile Creches and Milaan Foundation in evolving safeguarding systems and integrating safeguarding in its operations, 2024.
- Development of Safeguarding systems, training manual and building capacities of Nutrition International trainers and staff, Asia Office,2023; Safeguarding audits and recommendations for safeguarding informed programming at Nutrition International, 2024.
Capacity Building and Facilitation
- Facilitation support for co-creation of state strategies of Rajasthan State Network and Jharkhand coalition of Girls Not Brides in India, 2024.
- Facilitation of three-day review and planning workshop of India Partners of “Work: No Child’s Business” for Arisa, the Netherlands and ICSSPL, India, 2023.
- Training of NGO leaders in Rajasthan on project and programme management and basics of monitoring and evaluation in partnership with Udaipur School of Social Work, 2024.
- SWOT analysis for Human resources across four regional offices of the Core program of CASA, 2023
Strategy and Program Development
- Development of Program Strategy for Asia for Girls Not Brides, UK covering India, Nepal and Bangladesh, 2024.
- Program strategy, content development, training of trainers and development of M&E systems for Project Samya (Gender sensitivity program for young boys aged 9 – 12 years) for DS Group, 2020 onwards.
- Gender mainstreaming in programs of Rajmeru, Rajasthan through strengthening capacities of partner organizations in gender and conducting societal gender analysis, 2024.

- Evaluation of the work and impact of CASA Gender cell in mainstreaming gender equity in the organization and programs,2023.
